المتطلبات

    1. إدارة علاقة العميل و حل مشاكل العملاء بكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب.
    2. التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى داخل اكسترا لحل مشاكل العملاء.
    3. العمل كجزء من فريق واحد لضمان أعلى مستويات الخدمة.
    4. تزويد العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين بمعلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
    5. التواصل الإيجابي مع جميع الإدارات المعنية تسهيلا للعملاء الحصول على الخدمة المتميزة المتوقعة.
    6. إنشاء وتعزيز بيئة العمل المطلوبه لضمان تقديم خدمة للعملاء على أعلى مستوى.
    7. تدريب ودعم الموظفين الجدد.
    إجراء متابعة لضمان حل مشاكل العملاء في الوقت المحدد .

2- تنفيذي حسابات عملاء التقسيط:

تفاصيل الوظيفة

    1. Full understanding of the finance product and the complete credit cycle.
    2. Fills in application forms with no errors.
    3. Fully responsible for the completion of all needed documents as part of the financing file.
    4. Follow up with clients on documents preparation and completion.
    5. Manage the Customer Service Field Agent schedule to ensure prompt response to clients for document collections.
    6. Manage the filling and physical archiving process.
    7. Contact customers upon approval and fill in the required contracts and other documentation.
    8. The  liaison  between  the  customer,  eXtra  store personnel,  credit  company  and  credit  risk department for all financing requirements.

المتطلبات

    -     تحدث اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية.
    -     إجادة إستخدام الحاسب الآلي (مايكروسوفت أوفيس).
    -     القدرة على الفهم و الرد على إستفسارات العملاء.
    -    الخبرة في مجال بيع التجزئة.

تفاصيل الوظيفة

    1. Ensure sales & services achievement according to budget and same store.
    2. Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
    3.  Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
    4. Ensure stock is protected through shrinkage management within section.
    5. Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance per sales personnel, per product and per service.
    6. Advise Store management of potential security risks and major shrink issues.
    7. Ensure all customer services issues within section are resolved in the same day.
    8. Ensure the products are well displayed.

    • تحدث اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية.
    • إجادة إستخدام الحاسب الآلي (مايكروسوفت أوفيس).

4- فني صيانة أجهزة ذكية:

تفاصيل الوظيفة

    1. Continuously  tracks  the  Smart  products  services  KPI’s  and  do  needful  to  perform  within  agreed targets.
    2. Provide software and hardware technical repairs.
    3. Follow up customer technical repair status and ensure that the customer is advised with progress.
    4. Attend to customer technical complaints and try to resolve them.
    5. Assist in devising and implementing systems to improve quality of service
    6. Follow-up with suppliers and other repair centers for the items under repair and to be sure that the repaired items are available in his Force24/7 outlet and ready to be delivered before customer’s committed date.
    7. Ensure that the customers leave eXtra with clear understanding regarding their technical problem, necessary repairs, estimated cost and time to collect their machines.
    Work closely with sales team to promote and sell the Smart products services and provide the technical knowledge needed for them.

المتطلبات

    -      حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس/ الدبلومة في علوم الحاسب, الإتصالات و الإلكترونيات أو مايعادله.
    -      خبرة في مجال الدعم الفني للجوالات و أجهز الحاسب الآلي لمدة لاتقل عن سنتين.
    -     تحدث اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية.
    -     إجادة إستخدام الحاسب الآلي (مايكروسوفت أوفيس).


5- فني إلكترونيات

تفاصيل الوظيفة

    1. Repair defective electronics items (ex. TVs, Plasma screens, LCD screens, home theaters, DVD players, projectors, and small home appliances….etc).
    2. Supports in the repair of the HA and digital products (ex. Cameras, microwaves,  ….etc)
    3. Control the consumption of the spare parts.
    4. Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
    5. Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
    6. Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
    7. Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior Electronics Technician.
    Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.

    -      حاصل على شهادة الدبلومة في صيانة الإلكترونيات أو مايعادله.
    -     تحدث اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية.
    -     إجادة إستخدام الحاسب الآلي (مايكروسوفت أوفيس).
